The machine is equipped with 2 magazine heads which allow 2 different deck widths to be processed. This machine is prepared for Alukon.
The entire production process takes place fully automatically via a PC-PLC control. The profiles – either as individual bars or bundled into mats – are fed into the machine, cut to size and then locked with caps and stainless steel clips.
