Multi-channel measuring system – 5 channel – Mobile measuring and evaluation device for process and quality control
Version for in-process measurement with active and passive sensors (sensors are not available)
The multi-channel measuring system – 5 channel from the company Schatz/Kistler is a portable, battery-operated measuring and evaluation device for the acquisition of analog and incremental measured variables. The (random) tests can be quickly
and effectively carried out, analysed and documented, thus contributing to optimum quality in screw assembly and many other applications.
Basic application:
During random sampling during the assembly process, the multi-channel measuring system records all influencing variables directly at the screw joint. For this purpose, the torque or torque/angle of rotation sensor with rotating measuring shaft (not available) is placed between the output of the screwdriving tool and the tool for torque introduction into the test specimen. During measurement, the measured values are displayed numerically on the display and evaluated on the basis of tolerance specifications. Furthermore, it is possible to graphically display the measuring process in order to detect effects during screwing, joining or during assembly. A statistics module is available for the evaluation of the measurement results. The stored measured values can be documented, statistical characteristic values are automatically calculated and saved as
